Easy Sheet Pan Taco Pizza
This is a meal that can feed a large family plus leftovers!
What you Need
2.5 pounds ground beef
¼ cup taco seasoning
1 cup water
2 cans refrigerated pizza dough
2 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
2 cups shredded fiesta blend cheese (leave the cheese off or replace it with dairy-free cheese to make this dairy-free)
1 cup sliced black olives, drained
½ cup sliced pickled jalapenos, drained
½ cup salsa-We love our Blaine Mountain Salsa!
Instructions
2. Unroll pizza dough and place on the baking sheet, pinching the center edge to seal. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the edges begin to cook.Remove from the oven and spread salsa over the dough.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper, lightly spraying with nonstick spray. Cook your ground beef and crumble it. Drain well. Return the beef to the skillet, adding the taco seasoning and water. Cook over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until the water has evaporated.
3. Add a layer of cheese over the sauce and top with taco meat. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until the dough is cooked through and the cheese is completely melted. Remove from the oven.
4.Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, and jalapenos. Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!
