Air fryer nachos
These lighter nachos are quick and easy! Make them for a snack or appetizer for a family or turn into a meal! The great part about nachos is you can add your favorite toppings.
What you Need:
Tortillas
Cheese
Canned Black Beans
Taco Seasoning
Avocado
Salsa
Salt
Jalapeno Peppers
Canned Corn
Ground Beef
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. While your air fryer is preheating, lightly spray your tortillas with olive oil and sprinkle them with salt. Cut them into triangles and throw them in your air fryer. Cook them for 5 minutes or until light brown.
2. Cook your ground beef in a skillet with taco seasoning, using a leaner ground beef is ideal for this recipe. Drain the liquid from your black beans and corn. Add taco seasoning to your beans and corn.
3. Time to assemble. Keep your chips in your air fryer basket and top with ground beef, corn, black beans. Add your cheese and throw them back in the air fryer (about 2 minutes).
4.Add your nachos to a platter. Top with your avocado, jalapeno peppers, salsa, and your favorite toppings. Enjoy as the perfect snack, appetizer, or easy meal!
